Hi Natasha! Thanks for looking through my tutorials. Unfortunately, I don't know much about German Photoshop. But you should be able to look in your toolbox, at the upper top, you should have a rectangular marquee selection, to make squares. Once you make a simple square, right click inside that selected area, & your options should pop up. One option should say "Refine Edge". There you go. :)

I apologize if your photoshop doesn't come with this feature. It should however. Try again dear.
